Hiking

Take a leisurely walk by the river, or challenge yourself to a hike up a 14,000 foot mountain. With trails that wind through the wilderness surrounding Buena Vista, there's no shortage of places to strap on your hiking boots and strike out into the peace of the woods with a friend.

Biking

Bring your mountain or road bike and enjoy unclogged roads, or single track paths to test your merit on two wheels. Local shops can help you tune your bike, and some hold biking groups during summer months.
