Deposit:
We require one night's rate for deposit by credit card at time of reservation and the remaining balance upon arrival.

Cancelation Policy
Cancelations made 10 days or more before arrival date will be refunded less $50 for booking fee.
For cancelations made less than 10 days deposit will be forfeited.

Cancelations due to weather or emergency will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
